Payment Options:
For convenience, we prefer online enrollment through the links provided below, however we will accept cash and checks as well.
Your first payment will not be collected until you have met with Dr. Spiekermann in person.
You can meet the practice for an initial consult at no charge if you would like to learn more, but any medical care will require enrollment.
We offer two MEMBERSHIP plans:

In-Clinic Plan - $50/month - This plan includes all of the services described here, with the exception of house calls. House calls can be scheduled for an additional charge for each appointment

House-Calls Plan - $90/month - This plan includes house calls as needed for no additional fee. ​
